Chazey Partners were retained to conduct a comprehensive Feasibility Study with a focus on determining what the Operating Model and Implementation Plan for shared services would look like in Lear, including a detailed Business Case (Financials and Narrative), recommended Approach and Location Assessment.<\/p>\n
As a result of the work conducted, Lear established its Shared Service Centre (SSC) at a \u2018greenfield site\u2019 in Brno in the Czech Republic.
