Chazey was engaged to support the transformation of Varian\u2019s Human Resources function, focusing on delivering best in class service in an efficient and cost effective manner. \u00a0We recommended and developed a new service delivery model and org structure with specialist Centers of Expertise, and a robust Shared Services Organizational model providing HR Business Partners the capacity and time to support the business units.<\/p>\n
This transformation evolved the company from a model of traditional corporate organizations with several siloes of services dominated by historical relationships.
