The company market its products to 15 countries in Latin America as well as in the USA and they are the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0largest beauty company in South America and rated the 11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0largest beauty direct seller in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The Company\u2019s main production facility is located in Colombia with a capacity of 500,000 products per day, from where it exports to most countries in the region.\u00a0 Belcorp employs over 8,920 people and operates through a direct sales model with a network of almost 1 million consultants who sell Belcorp\u2019s brands (Ebel, Esika and Cyzone) across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Belcorp supports its back office activities through a multifunctional Shared Services Center located in Tocancip\u00e1, Colombia supporting 16 countries in Latin America. \u00a0In September 2013, Chazey was engaged to assess the performance of their existing Finance and Accounting processes and identify initiatives to help the organization become a world class Shared Services operation. Through the combination of workshops and benchmarking analysis, we identified opportunities to optimize and simplify their in scope processes as well as improving the use of their existing ERP system (SAP).
