These two health authorities in Canada\u2019s westernmost province have a combined budget of $2.4 billion with 25,000 employees and have shared a common instance of Meditech business systems since August 2011.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2012, these two health authorities engaged Chazey Partners to complete a business case on the feasibility of integrating their separate Payroll and Human Resources Employee Services (compensation, benefits, internal recruitment) departments.
