CCI has operations in Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Jordan as well as exports to Tajikistan. CCI also has JVs in Syria and Iraq.<\/p>\n<p>Chazey Partners was engaged to conduct two pieces of work during 2014. \u00a0The first was to complete a \u201cFinance as a Service\u201d study, which defines what the potential future operating model for all of the Finance function could be. \u00a0The second engagement built on the first piece of work to complete a full Business Case and Implementation plan for the transformation of both Finance and HR. \u00a0This included recommendation on organization design, technology, Client Interaction Framework, process improvement, and how to realign both Finance and HR to provide strategic and value adding support and partnering to the CCI business. \u00a0Scope was all of Finance and all of HR across all of CCI\u2019s operating units and countries. \u00a0Finance specifically focused on \u201cCapability, agility, adaptability, efficiency and proactivity\u201d and HR specifically focused on becoming more \u201cCustomer-focused, cost efficient, innovative, responsive to changing business priorities\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":5721,"template":"","class_list":["post-4428","clients","type-clients","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/chazey.codeandcode.xyz\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/clients\/4428","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/chazey.codeandcode.xyz\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/clients"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/chazey.codeandcode.xyz\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/clients"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/chazey.codeandcode.xyz\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/5721"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/chazey.codeandcode.xyz\/pt-br\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4428"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
