Agrium\u2019s acquisitive growth strategy was challenging from an integration perspective, including for the information technology team.<\/p>\n<p>Chazey Partners was engaged to develop the business case and pre-design for Agrium to deliver a global IT support function involving the following regions\/functions: Corporate; Wholesale; Retail Infrastructure; Retail SAP and BCP Applications; Agrium Europe; Agrium Australia.\u00a0 The team delivered a solution that included the policies, processes, and customer relationship management and governance framework to\u00a0transform\u00a0its\u00a0information technology organization (covering Operations, Infrastructure and Applications)\u00a0to support its business forward, engaging key stakeholders, supporting Agrium\u2019s acquisition strategy, providing excellent services, and with a business case detailing the roadmap to reducing costs by over 30%.
